Gina Hunter presented about the Old Main Project to the Senior Professionals at the ISU Alumni Center. This presentation is a part of the 2nd annual Homecoming Academy, Saturday, October 15.

Gina Hunter and Victoria Moré (B.A. Anthropology, ISU, 2010) presented "Co-Eds at the Co-op: Student Depression-Era Foodways at Old Normal" at the Greater Midwest Foodways Alliance Fourth Annual Symposium “Midwest Eats! Foodways of the Great Depression,” April 29-30 at Kendall College, Chicago, IL. The talk was broadcast as a podcast on WBEZ Chicago Public Radio.

Jessica Griffin presented preliminary findings from her master’s thesis research, In the Shadow of Old Main: Consumer Behavior at Illinois State Normal University from 1917 to 1932, on Oct 8th, 2010 at the Annual Meeting of the Illinois Archaeological Survey, which was held on the campus of Illinois State University.
